Tasting notes

Straw yellow with a fine, persistent perlage. Pronounced aromas of white flowers with hints of green apple and citrus. The palate is fresh and pleasant, with lively bubbles, moderate Brut dryness and a clean finish.

About this wine

Terre dei Buth is an organic winery in the province of Treviso, Veneto, that makes its wines without artificial colourings, sweeteners, flavourings or preservatives.

"Special Cuvée" is a white sparkling wine, certified organic and vegan, in which Glera is blended with Chardonnay for extra aroma and body. The second fermentation takes place in pressure tanks for 45 to 60 days using the Martinotti-Charmat method.

Bright, floral and refreshing, with a dry Brut finish, it is an easy and versatile bubbly for aperitifs, starters and celebrations.
