Tasting notes

Elegant, fine and persistent perlage. Citrus fruit, yellow fruit pulp and fresh bread on the nose. Crisp, dry and elegant on the palate.

About this wine

Michei is Hofstätter's Trento DOC, a traditional-method sparkling wine made from Chardonnay grown in the mountains of Trentino.

The second fermentation takes place in the bottle, and the wine then rests at length on its lees (48 months for the current release) before disgorgement, for a fine, persistent perlage and a very dry Extra Brut style.
