Ankermann is a German label from the Pfalz, the sunny wine region along the Haardt mountains where the Pinot family thrives.

This 2025 cuvée brings together Weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc) and Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris). Yellow fruit, walnut and herbal aromas lead to a fruity, fresh palate with balanced acidity and an elegant finish. It is dry and light at 11.5% alcohol.

Serve at 8–10°C with starters, poultry and vegetable dishes.
