Schiefermühle Weissburgunder & Grauburgunder 2025 is a dry white cuvée from the Pfalz in south-west Germany, blending Pinot Blanc (Weissburgunder) and Pinot Gris (Grauburgunder).

Aromas of ripe apple, juicy pear and white blossom open the wine. The palate is fresh, juicy and balanced, with energetic fruit and a pleasant, creamy Burgundy-style texture. At 11.5% alcohol it is light and elegant.
