Tasting notes

Bright salmon pink. The nose offers fresh strawberry, red cherry and pomegranate with a light floral touch. The palate is dry, fruity and fresh, with juicy acidity, good balance between fruit and freshness and a clean, refreshing finish.

Marchesi del Salento is an Italian wine label distributed across Europe by the German online merchant Vicampo. This 2025 rosé is made from Negroamaro, the signature red grape of the Salento peninsula in Puglia, and carries the Puglia IGP designation.

Negroamaro has a long tradition of rosé production in southern Puglia, where it gives wines with lively colour and juicy fruit. This bottling was awarded a gold medal at the Berlin Wine Trophy and is made in a dry, fresh style with 12.5% alcohol.

Fruity and well balanced between fruit and acidity, it is a natural choice for warm evenings, aperitivo hour and light Mediterranean dishes.
