The 2025 vintage was awarded a gold medal by Gilbert & Gaillard. Dry, soft and balanced, with 5.1 g/l of acidity and 7 g/l of residual sugar, it is full-bodied yet smooth and pleasant, an easy match for roasts, cured meats and mature cheeses.
