Tasting notes

Pale lemon. A delicate floral nose with lime, citrus, green apple and kiwi. Dry, crisp and fresh on the palate, with an elegant mineral finish.

About this wine

Pascal Jolivet is a name closely tied to the Loire Valley. Attitude Sauvignon Blanc comes from land around Chémery in Touraine, on limestone and clay soils with flint.

The grapes are sorted on arrival, ferment naturally in temperature-controlled stainless steel and then rest for five months on their fine lees, which add texture without masking the variety's crisp, aromatic character.

A bright, mineral Sauvignon in the classic Loire style, and a very approachable way into the wines of this producer.
