About this wine

b.io is the organic label of Gruppo Cevico, a large Italian wine cooperative. This rosé comes from Sicily and is certified organic and vegan, made without chemical pesticides or synthetic fertilisers and without animal-derived processing aids.

It is produced entirely from Nero d'Avola, the island's signature red grape, here vinified as a dry rosé to capture its bright colour and fresh red fruit.

Easy-going and refreshing, it is made to be enjoyed young, as an aperitif or alongside light Mediterranean dishes on a sunny terrace.
