Tasting notes

Pale straw yellow. Fresh aromas of apple, pear and white flowers. The palate is light and crisp, with balanced acidity and a clean, fruity finish. A hint of citrus adds freshness, and the wine stays light, clean and easy to enjoy.

About this wine

Mezzacorona is one of the best-known wine names of Trentino, based in the village of Mezzocorona in the Adige valley, at the foot of the Dolomites.

Maso di Mezzo is its line of easy-drinking varietal wines, and this Chardonnay is made entirely from the grape, fermented to keep the fresh fruit and floral character that the cool Alpine climate gives. The vineyards of the Adige valley, sheltered by mountains, enjoy warm days and cool nights.

A crisp, uncomplicated white that works as well with an aperitivo as with an everyday meal.
