Tasting notes

Salmon pink. The nose is lively, with citrus and white flowers. The palate is crisp and refreshing, dominated by pink grapefruit, with a light texture and a clean, zesty finish.

About this wine

Château Roubine is one of the historic estates of Provence, with more than 700 years of history and a place among the 23 properties named Cru Classé of the Côtes de Provence in 1955. Its 72 hectares of vines are farmed organically, with biodynamic practices.

Hippy is the estate's playful, sunny rosé, made entirely from organically grown Grenache. The grapes are picked at night to keep them cool, pressed directly and fermented slowly at 15-16 °C to capture their aromatic freshness.

A vibrant, uncomplicated Mediterranean rosé for terraces, barbecues and long summer evenings, with the care of a great estate behind it.
