Tasting notes

Very pale pink. The nose is fragrant with jasmine, rose petals and a touch of white pepper. The palate offers fresh red berries and bright acidity, finishing clean, pure and mineral.

About this wine

Château Roubine is one of the oldest wine estates in Provence, with over 700 years of history, and was among the 23 properties classified Côtes de Provence Cru Classé in 1955. Its vineyards are farmed organically with biodynamic practices.

Premium blends Grenache and Cinsault with Mourvèdre, Syrah, Tibouren and Rolle. Picked at night, the grapes are pressed directly and fermented at 15-16 °C, with malolactic fermentation blocked to keep the wine crisp and lively.

An elegant, classic Provence rosé, aromatic and pure, made for the table as much as for the aperitif.
