Tasting notes

Pale straw yellow. The nose is floral and mineral, with white flowers, citrus and a sea-breeze freshness. The palate is delicate and very aromatic, light and lively thanks to its low alcohol, with a touch of texture from the barrel-fermented portion and a clean, saline finish.

About this wine

Colline Albelle is a young project, started in 2016 in the hills of Riparbella above the Tuscan coast by three winemaking families from France and Bulgaria. The vineyards are farmed following organic and biodynamic principles.

Inbianco is 100% Vermentino, picked at optimal ripeness; most of the grapes ferment in steel and a smaller part in barrel. With its light alcohol, it is a fresh, easy-drinking white that is at once floral and mineral, a true expression of the Tuscan coast.
