Tasting notes

Delicate aromas of watermelon, wild strawberry and spring flowers. The palate is harmonious and fresh, with a fine, melting texture, crisp acidity and a clean, bone-dry finish that makes it irresistibly easy to drink.

About this wine

AIX is the rosé of Maison Saint Aix, made by winemaker Eric Kurver at Domaine de la Grande Séouve in Jouques, in the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellation. Often described as one of the favourite rosés in the world, it is a benchmark of the pale, dry Provence style.

The 2025 shows watermelon, strawberry and flowers on the nose, then a harmonious, fresh palate with a fine melting texture and great drinkability. It is bone-dry, with 12.5% alcohol.

Serve well chilled at 6–8 °C with grilled vegetables and salads.
