Tasting notes

Pale and bright in the glass. The nose is intense, with orange zest and redcurrant. Smooth and fresh on the palate, with an easy, lively finish.

About this wine

"M" de Minuty is the fresh, easy-going rosé of Château Minuty, on the Saint-Tropez peninsula. The 2022 blends Grenache (50%), Cinsault (20%), Syrah (20%) and Tibouren (10%), a traditional Provence grape.

The grapes are hand-picked from Minuty's own vineyards in Saint-Tropez and Vidauban and from partner growers across the Côtes de Provence, all farmed under HVE sustainability certification. Only free-run juice is used, fermented at low temperature and aged four months in stainless steel to keep the fruit bright.

2022 was an early, hot and dry year; rain just before the harvest, which began on 16 August, refreshed the grapes. A rosé for long aperitifs and summer lunches.
