Tasting notes

Ripe fruit on the nose with a waxy touch of pineapple; with air, hints of bitter aperitif herbs come through. The palate is juicy and mouth-watering, closing on a cherry-stone note.

About this wine

Prestige is Château Minuty's estate rosé, made only from its own vineyards: the historic one on the Saint-Tropez peninsula and Château Verez in the hills of Vidauban. Both are hand-picked and farmed under HVE sustainability certification.

The 2021 blends Grenache (60%), Syrah (20%), Cinsault (10%) and Vermentino, known in Provence as Rolle (10%). Only free-run juice is used, fermented at low temperature and aged four months in stainless steel.

A rosé that works as well by the pool as at a dinner party.
