Tasting notes

Purple-red colour. The nose offers violet and forest fruits, typical of the variety. The palate has an elegant structure, with supple tannins and fresh acidity balancing the ripe dark fruit, and a long, persistent finish.

In its Due Trulli line, Cantina Museo Albea of Alberobello brings together the most characteristic grapes of Puglia. This Nero di Troia comes from organically grown grapes in the north of the province of Bari.

Made entirely from Nero di Troia, also known as Uva di Troia, it rests for three months in bottle before release. It shows the elegant, deep side of one of the noblest grapes of Puglia.

A red with fine structure, well suited to traditional Apulian cooking.
