Pale gold and crystal clear. The nose offers guava and passion fruit with citrus notes. The palate is fresh and lively, with mineral tension and a clean, zesty finish.

About this wine

Gérard Bertrand, one of the leading producers of southern France, makes this Sauvignon Blanc in his Côte des Roses range, known for its bottle with a base shaped like a rose.

The grapes are tasted before harvest, picked at night and gently pressed as soon as they arrive at the cellar, then fermented at low temperature. About 10% of the wine spends nearly five months in French oak barrels while the rest stays in stainless steel, and it is bottled fairly early to keep its freshness.

A lively, aromatic white from Languedoc, ideal for warm evenings and easy entertaining.
