Tasting notes

Pale colour with golden reflections and delicate notes of citrus and white flowers. The palate is rounded and harmonious, with hints of vanilla and gingerbread, light, elegant and well balanced.

About this wine

The Chardonnay from Gérard Bertrand's Naturae range is a dry white wine from organically grown grapes, made without added sulphites and certified vegan.

The grapes are chilled to 8 °C, the must is cold-settled, and alcoholic fermentation takes place at controlled temperature, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine is bottled early in the year to keep its freshness intact.

Light, elegant and well balanced, it is an easy-drinking organic Chardonnay from the south of France that suits both aperitivo and everyday meals.
