Tasting notes

Pale salmon pink. Gentle aromas of rose, peach and spring flowers, with notes of red cherry and strawberry. The palate is light and crisp, with lively acidity, only a whisper of tannin and a refreshing citrus-tinged finish. Best enjoyed young.

About this wine

Brezza's rosé is made entirely from Nebbiolo grown in a single vineyard in the commune of Barolo, farmed organically by the family that has been producing wine here since 1885.

The grapes are pressed gently and the must stays in contact with the skins for just one night, enough to take on a delicate pink hue and a hint of the grape's floral character. The wine does not go through malolactic fermentation and is aged in stainless steel, preserving its natural freshness.

It is a lighter, far less tannic expression of Nebbiolo, made to be enjoyed young and cool.
