Tasting notes

Pale yellow. Delicate and aromatic on the nose, with yellow fruit, peach and yellow flowers. Fresh, light and immediate on the palate, with refreshing acidity and a fine saltiness.

About this wine

Sofi is Franz Haas's Müller Thurgau, a Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT from several vineyards between about 500 and 800 metres around Egna, Montagna and Aldino, south of Bolzano.

The grapes are destemmed and softly pressed after a brief skin maceration to lift the aromas, and the wine ferments and matures in stainless steel. This listing is the 2022 vintage.
