Tasting notes

Delicate pale pink with a rich, fine perlage. Aromas of white flowers and small red berries with a fresh hint of rosemary. The palate is lively and zesty, dry in the Brut style, with a long, silky finish.

About this wine

Argeo Rosé is the sparkling rosé of Ruggeri, the Valdobbiadene house, made from selected vineyards in the Prosecco DOC area around Treviso.

Glera is vinified as a white wine, while the Pinot Nero macerates on its skins for four to five days to give colour and red-fruit character; the two are then blended before the second fermentation in tank by the Martinotti method, with at least two months on the lees. Alcohol is a light 11.5%.

This 200 ml bottle holds one or two glasses, ideal for a quick aperitif or a picnic.
