Rakia "Burgas 63" 12 Years - Black Sea Gold [500 ml]

Burgas 63 12 Years is the aged flagship of the Burgas 63 series from Black Sea Gold, the historic distillery of Pomorie on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. It is a grape rakia made from Muscat Ottonel wine distillate.

The distillate matures for twelve years in barrels of classic Strandzha oak, where it develops its full potential. It is then transferred to 10-tonne storage barrels, where the blend rests for at least six more months to acquire balance and harmony. The result is a bouquet of fig and acacia with notes of vanilla gained from the long ageing.

Serve neat at room temperature as a digestif, in a 500 ml bottle.
