Tasting notes

Pale onion-skin pink. Delicate aromas of strawberry, raspberry and citrus zest. The palate is dry, light and crisp, with fresh acidity and a clean, elegant finish in the Provençal style.

Jamais vu is the opposite of déjà vu: the feeling of seeing something familiar for the first time. It is also the name of this rosé from Minkovi Brothers, a Karnobat winery founded in 1875.

Made in the Provençal manner, the 2021 is dry, pale and fresh, with strawberry, raspberry and citrus. Elegant and light, it is a rosé designed for easy summer drinking and long lunches.

Serve very well chilled at 8–10 °C as an aperitif, with salads, fish or light summer dishes.
