Tasting notes

Deep ruby red. Aromas of dark berries, cherry and spice. The palate is intense and dry, with ripe fruit, peppery spice, balanced acidity and a firm, warming finish.

Tobias Krämer of Gau-Weinheim has quickly risen to the top of Rheinhessen, earning three Eichelmann stars, 2.5 Vinum stars and an F rating from Der Feinschmecker. Red Stuff is his red cuvée, showing that Rheinhessen can deliver characterful reds as well as whites.

The 2022 vintage is intense and spicy, fully dry with 13.5% alcohol, and a fresh acidity that keeps it lively on the palate.
