Timo is a Vermentino from Cantine San Marzano, the renowned winery of San Marzano di San Giuseppe in the province of Taranto, in southern Puglia. Vermentino, the Mediterranean white grape best known along the coasts of Sardinia and Liguria, takes on a sunny southern Italian character here.

The 2025 vintage is expressive, very fresh and balanced, with floral and fruity aromas and a juicy, lively palate. It is a dry IGP white with 12.5% alcohol, made for easy, carefree drinking.

Serve at 8–10 °C with fish and seafood.
