Tasting notes

Pale lemon with green hints. Vivid aromas of gooseberry, lemon, green pepper and freshly cut grass. The palate is dry, light and zesty, with straight acidity and a clean, refreshing citrus finish.

About this wine

Le Photographe is the series of Minkovi Brothers with labels inspired by photography. The winery, founded in Karnobat in 1875, is one of the oldest still working in Bulgaria.

This Sauvignon Blanc is dry and fresh, with gooseberry, lemon, green pepper and freshly cut grass carried by a straight, vibrant acidity. A crisp, aromatic white that is easy to love and very versatile at the table.

Serve very well chilled at 8–10 °C as an aperitif or with goat's cheese, salads and fish.
