Tasting notes

Pale salmon pink. The nose offers white peach, citrus and a hint of anise over flinty, chalky minerality. The palate is fruity and juicy yet precise, with fine mineral acidity, a fleshy mid-palate and a long finish of citrus and white flowers.

About this wine

Château Sainte Marguerite is a Provence estate whose Côtes de Provence rosés hold Cru Classé status. Symphonie, first created in 1999, is one of its signature cuvées and is certified organic and vegan.

The blend is led by Grenache and Cinsault, with a small share of Rolle (Vermentino) adding freshness and lift. The wine never sees oak, so the focus stays on pure, juicy fruit and the stony, mineral character of the Mediterranean vineyards.

Pale salmon in colour, it is a gastronomic rosé with enough body to accompany a full meal, yet bright and refreshing enough to serve as an aperitif on a warm evening.
