Tasting notes

Straw yellow with greenish highlights. Intense, fragrant nose of exotic fruit, lychee, pineapple and Renetta apple, with herbal notes. Fruity, fresh and savoury on the palate, with citrus and mineral notes and a pleasant, balanced finish.

About this wine

Lintóri is the youngest of Capichera's whites, first made in 2010: a pure Vermentino di Sardegna from the estate's younger vines in Gallura, around Arzachena, Olbia and Palau, Guyot-trained with yields of 60-70 quintals per hectare.

The grapes are picked between late August and early September, and the wine ferments and matures in stainless steel, keeping its fruit and freshness. This listing is the 2020 vintage.
