Tasting notes

Bright straw yellow. Intense aromas of peach, melon, herbs and pine. Warm and soft on the palate, with lively acidity, a fresh hint of aniseed and a floral finish.

About this wine

Produttori di Manduria is a cooperative in Manduria, Puglia, officially founded in 1932, uniting around 400 growers and close to 900 hectares of vineyards across the Salento peninsula.

Zin is their white wine from the Fiano grape, made from espalier-trained vines around 20 years old. The grapes are harvested in mid-September and fermented at 18 °C, and the wine is kept in stainless steel to preserve its aromatic freshness.

It is a bright, Mediterranean white that shows how well Fiano expresses itself in the warm, breezy south of Puglia.
