Tasting notes

Deep ruby with purple hints. Dark soft fruit such as plums and cherries with a fine herbal spice. The palate is balanced and intense, with velvety tannins and a long finish. Hints of blackberry, liquorice and sweet spice add depth to a supple, generous red.

About this wine

Casa Vinicola Botter was founded in 1928 in Fossalta di Piave, near Venice, and is today part of the Argea group. Its Primadoro line is dedicated to the wines of Puglia.

This 2025 blend pairs Primitivo with Nero di Troia, an authentic native grape of northern Puglia that brings structure and fine tannins. The wine carries the Puglia IGP designation and received a gold medal from Gilbert & Gaillard.
