Tasting notes

Brilliant straw yellow. Fruity, spicy and floral on the nose, with yellow fruit, rose petals and oriental spices. Rich and dense on the palate, with good freshness and great balance.

About this wine

Joseph is Hofstätter's Gewürztraminer from Tramin (Termeno), the Alto Adige village that gave the grape its name, and it is named after the family's founder.

The grapes get a brief skin maceration before a soft pressing; the must settles and ferments at controlled temperature in neutral stainless steel only, to keep the variety's aromas pure. This listing is the 2022 vintage.
