Tasting notes

Bright straw yellow. Delicate and floral on the nose, with white fruit and white flowers. Soft, velvety and very fresh on the palate, with excellent balance.

The grapes are destemmed and softly pressed, and the wine ferments and matures in steel and cement for a few months, keeping it fresh and floral. This listing is the 2022 vintage.
