Tasting notes

Ruby red. Aromas of crushed strawberries and raspberries, cherry and blackcurrant. Light and juicy on the palate, with soft tannins and a lively finish with a touch of white pepper.

About this wine

Pascal Jolivet is a name closely tied to the Loire Valley. His Attitude line comes from land around Chémery in Touraine, on clay-limestone soils with flint.

The Pinot Noir is destemmed and macerated with gentle pump-overs, the aim being finesse and silky tannins rather than concentration. It then ages for seven months in stainless steel, with no oak at all, to keep the fruit pure and vibrant.
