About this wine

Nikolaihof in Mautern is Austria's oldest winery, with a history of around two thousand years, and the Saahs family were pioneers of biodynamic farming in 1971, working 22 hectares under strict Demeter guidelines.

Aus den Gärten Riesling Federspiel ferments with its own yeasts and is bottled after six months in large oak casks in the historic Roman cellar. It is a classic expression of Riesling from the Wachau: precise, fresh and dry.

An excellent introduction to Nikolaihof. Serve at 10–12 °C.
