Tasting notes

Pale straw yellow. A multi-layered, aromatic nose of white flowers, grape, citrus and ripe apple. The palate is harmonious and fruity, with fresh acidity, a gentle floral note from the Muscat and Misket and a pleasant, dry finish.

Vinex Slavyantsi, based in Sungurlare, is one of Bulgaria's leading wine producers, known for authentic yet modern wines. The Leva Winemakers Selection 2025 brings together Chardonnay with three aromatic varieties typical of Bulgaria – Misket, Dimyat and Muscat – grown in the Rose Valley, whose climate lets white grapes ripen fully.

The nose is multi-layered and aromatic, while the palate is harmonious and fruity, with a pleasant finish. The wine is dry, with 12.5% alcohol.

Serve at 8–10 °C with starters, salads and poultry.
