About this wine

San Giuliano is the Chianti Rufina of Tenuta Bossi, the Marchesi Gondi estate in the Chianti Rufina hills east of Florence, from vineyards on galestro and clay soils with calcareous sediments, trained to spurred cordon.

Tenuta Bossi has always made a classic Chianti Rufina, and since 2000 this wine has been made with its current grape varieties. It can age for 5 to 8 years, depending on the vintage.
