Dulcamara is the Bordeaux-style flagship of I Giusti & Zanza, an organic estate in Fauglia near Pisa: about 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot.

It ages 18 months in barriques. Deep ruby, it shows raspberry and cherry with spice, chocolate and mocha, and is round and expressive, with juicy freshness, firm tannins and a long, slightly mineral finish. This listing is the 2019 vintage.
