Tasting notes

Very pale pink with pearly reflections. An expressive, elegant nose of exotic fruit, white peach, citrus and delicate flowers. The attack is lively and precise, the palate silky with a saline minerality and bright acidity, and the finish long, balanced and refreshing.

About this wine

Château Minuty is a family estate on the Saint-Tropez peninsula that grows the classic Provençal varieties with respect for nature and a strict selection in the vineyard. 281 is the estate's prestige cuvée, created from the finest Grenache vines of the château's own clonal selection, planted in parcels close to the sea and certified HVE.

Each parcel is harvested by hand and only the free-run juice is used. Fermentation takes place at low temperature with no malolactic fermentation, preserving every nuance of freshness. A touch of Syrah completes the Grenache.

The result is a rosé of rare precision: pale with pearly glints, expressive and elegant, with a saline minerality that makes it as much a gastronomic wine as a summer pleasure.
