Tasting notes

Deep ruby. Ripe dark berries, plum and warm spice on the nose. Dry, intense and full on the palate, with supple tannins and a spicy, savoury finish.

About this wine

Réserve de la Roncière is a classic Côtes du Rhône cuvée bottled in Violès, in the heart of the southern Rhône Valley, a land of sun, wind and stony soils where Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre are the traditional grapes.

The 2024 is a dry, intense red with ripe dark fruit and the spicy, garrigue-tinged character typical of the region. A generous 14.5% gives warmth and body, while the finish stays savoury.

Serve at 16–18°C with hearty meat dishes, roasts and stews.
