Pale yellow with green glints. Fresh and bright on the nose, with apple, fresh fruit, flowers and aromatic herbs. Light-bodied, lively and refreshing, harmonious and well balanced.

De Vite is Hofstätter's fresh white blend from Alto Adige, made from Pinot Bianco, Müller Thurgau, Sauvignon and Riesling.

The grapes are softly pressed, the must settles naturally and ferments at controlled temperature in steel, followed by a short ageing period. A light, lively everyday white. This listing is the 2022 vintage.
