A field blend of several white varieties, vinified at a cool 19 °C in stainless steel: fresh, fruity and harmonious, with crisp acidity and a clean, dry finish.

About this wine

Gemischter Satz, the Austrian tradition of planting several grape varieties together in one vineyard to reduce risk, was once widespread and is now enjoying a revival thanks to the unique character these wines can achieve.

R&A Pfaffl makes Harmony from vineyards around 20 years old. The grapes are destemmed and gently pressed in a low-pressure pneumatic press, fermented at a controlled 19 °C and kept in stainless steel, then bottled in Burgundy-style bottles.

Fresh and harmonious. Serve at 8–10 °C.
