Tasting notes

Elegant pale pink colour. Aromas of red fruit, citrus and spice. The palate is fresh, mineral and flavourful, with a crisp, lingering finish.

About this wine

Hampton Water is a joint project between Jon Bon Jovi, his son Jesse Bongiovi and Gérard Bertrand, one of the leading winemakers of southern France. The rosé brings the spirit of the Hamptons to the Mediterranean lifestyle of Languedoc.

Grenache Noir, Cinsault, Mourvèdre and Syrah are each harvested separately at optimal ripeness, and part of the wine is aged in barrels. Early bottling preserves its freshness and fruit.

Elegant and easy-going, it is a stylish rosé for sunny afternoons, summer gatherings and seafood dinners.
