Tasting notes

Deep purple-red colour. Aromas of spiced stewed fruit and toasted bread. The palate is fruity and concentrated with blackcurrant and blueberry, a velvety structure and a finish of black pepper and coriander.

This Cabernet Sauvignon follows a traditional vinification with a maceration of around ten days, during which extraction comes only from daily pumping over. Nothing is added to mask the fruit, so the variety and the warm southern French sun speak for themselves.
