Tasting notes

Dark ruby red. Inviting aromas of ripe blackberry, black cherry and plum with a touch of spice. Juicy and concentrated on the palate, very soft and round, with gentle tannins and a long, fruity finish.

About this wine

Pasas Monastrell 2023 comes from Yecla, in south-eastern Spain, and has won gold at both the Berlin Wine Trophy and Mundus Vini. It is also vegan.

Monastrell is picked late, when the grapes start to dry on the vine, which concentrates the aromas. The wine seduces with ripe dark fruit, a juicy, concentrated palate, an incredibly soft mouthfeel and an almost endless finish.

Ideal with rich meat dishes.
