Tasting notes

Medium ruby, translucent. Intense aromas of red cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry with floral notes, forest floor and a touch of spice. The palate is delicate and elegant, with silky tannins, fresh acidity and a memorable, long aftertaste. Finesse over power – a true Pinot Noir.

About this wine

Taurus Pinot Noir is the first wine of the Terra Continuum project, which is why its label shows the constellation Taurus (the Bull) – the first constellation ever described by humans. The project launched with the 2021 vintage.

The aim of its creators is to reveal the complexity and finesse of Pinot Noir, a grape that demands care in both vineyard and cellar. The wine combines delicacy with intense aromas and a memorable, long aftertaste, in a style that favours elegance over power.

Serve at 14–16 °C with duck, roast poultry, mushroom dishes and soft cheeses.
