Tasting notes

Ruby with garnet hints. Ripe cherry, red berries, vanilla and sweet spice from oak. Velvety and soft on the palate, intense yet smooth, with a spicy, dry finish.

About this wine

Nucerro is a Rioja label bottled by Bodegas Olarra in Logroño, the capital of Spain's most famous red wine region along the Ebro river.

This Crianza 2023 is made from Tempranillo and aged for at least two years, at least one of them in oak barrels. The result is an intense, velvety and soft red with ripe red fruit, vanilla and spice notes, at 13.5% alcohol.

Serve at 16–18°C with lamb, grilled meats and hearty stews.
