Tasting notes

Bright salmon-pink. Aromas of strawberry, raspberry and a touch of spice. Dry and fresh, with more body and texture than a Provence-style rosé, and a lively, fruity finish.

About this wine

A rosé from two Bulgarian grapes: Rubin, a crossing of Nebbiolo and Syrah created in Bulgaria, and Mavrud. It comes from Dragomir, a small winery near Plovdiv founded by two oenologists and among the most consistently good in the country.

Sarva is dry, with strawberry, raspberry and spice, and has more body than a Provence-style rosé. A rosé with personality that works well at the table.

Serve at 8–10 °C with salads, grilled fish or white meat.
