Tasting notes

Ruby red. Intense nose of red fruit and spice, with vanilla, cocoa and toast from ageing. Delicious and well balanced, with ripe tannins; the fruit slightly dominates the toasty notes, giving an interesting complexity.

About this wine

Sierra Cantabria Crianza comes from the Eguren family's old estate vineyards in San Vicente de la Sonsierra, farmed with organic fertilisation and ecologically integrated methods, worked and harvested entirely by hand.

The 100% Tempranillo grows on limestone-rich clay and ages 14 months in used French and American oak in the family's underground cellars, where cool, humid conditions allow work with low sulphite levels.

Ruby red, fruity and balanced, with vanilla, cocoa and toast. Serve at 16–18 °C.
