Tasting notes

Bright golden yellow. Intense aromas of yellow peach, plum and crisp apple, lifted by a pleasant herbal note. The palate is fresh and lively, with harmonious acidity, ripe orchard fruit and a creamy, melting texture that carries into a clean, pleasantly long finish.

About this wine

Lago Vero Soave 2025 is a classic dry white from the hills east of Verona in the Veneto, made from the region's traditional grapes Garganega and Trebbiano under the strict quality rules of the Soave DOC. This double gold medal winner is the taste of an Italian summer.

Golden in the glass, it opens with intense aromas of peach, plum and apple joined by a pleasant herbal note. On the palate it is fresh and inspiring, with harmonious acidity and a creamy, melting finish. Alcohol is a light 12%.

Serve at 8–10 °C with starters, poultry, risotto and grilled fish.
