Borgo Molino, the Nardin family winery in Roncadelle in the province of Treviso, created this sparkling drink for anyone who wants a festive glass without alcohol.

The base wine is made from 100% Glera and first ferments in the classic way at a controlled 14-16 °C. The alcohol is then gently removed to keep the natural aromas intact, and the wine is finally carbonated.
